How It Works
 

 For Sellers

1. Enter Your Horse – Submit photos, videos, and details through our online form.

2. Auction Runs Online – Buyers bid directly on your listing during the auction week. They can arrange to come visit the horse onsite.

3. Sale Completion – When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins. (If you set a reserve price, this minimum price must be met in order for the horse to sell)

4. Payment and Horse Transfer – 5 Star Equine Sales collects payment from the buyer and you and the buyer arrange transportation directly.

5. Seller Payout – You receive the sale amount minus commission (plus VAT if applicable).

 For Buyers

1. Register to Bid – Create an account and agree to the auction terms.

2. Browse Listings – Review information and videos before bidding. Arrange an in-person visit if desired.

3. Place Your Bids – Bid anytime during the auction window; highest bid wins.

4. Payment – The winning bidder pays the purchase price (plus VAT if applicable).

5. Arrange Pickup or Transport – Buyer coordinates directly with the seller once payment is confirmed.
