Consignments

All entries are subject to approval. Horses must be located in Europe. To be considered, please complete the online consignment form and submit all required documentation by the stated deadline.

Submission Process

1. Fill out the online consignment form. (You must log in before you can access the form)

2. If your entry is accepted, you will be required to provide:

   • Health Disclosure Form (due no later than the day bidding opens) *this form will be emailed to you

   • Coggins dated within last 6 months (due with sale of horse)

*Radiographs are highly encouraged

Photo Guidelines

• Minimum of one profile photo, plus front and back views clearly showing the feet and legs (Photos must be taken on a flat surface)

• Clear picture of registration papers

Video Guidelines

• Yearlings & unstarted 2YOs: Walk, trot, and lope in both directions.

• Started 2YOs, 3YOs & Show Horses: Walk, trot, and lope in both directions, plus maneuvers.

• Show videos are encouraged when available.
